The 15-year-old bicyclist was headed westbound on Miracle Mile with a group of four friends at about 2:30 p.m. when he attempted to cross the street, but not at a crosswalk. He was struck by a 23-year-old woman driving a Dodge truck, spokesman for the Tucson Police Department, Charles Rydzak said.
