This depressing email came my way last night. If you see the bike or trailer, email Yvonne.

Someone stole my bike and double-seat kid-trailer off our front porch on 1st St and Bean last night Saturday between 10pm and 2am. (I knew it would happen eventually because I did not always lock it up. Well, it happened, despite my big windows facing the porch and lots of light.)

Bike: Burgundy-colored cruiser bike with fat-“white-wall” tires, tear on black seat cushion, forgot the brand I think Raleigh? –
trailer was attached, two-seater, black straps, red, purple and yellow with plastic and mesh and plastic cover for wind-shield. The trailer converts to a stroller so it had the big handlebar but not the third wheel attached.

I had bought them (separately) used about a year ago, but they were in great condition and I used them a lot. I have four boys, the youngest are 3 and 1, and they rode in that trailer a lot.

The thieves threw out the two helmets on the sidewalk in front of our house.
