BICAS is organizing two events to benefit the organization and help them raise money for a new building.

The first event is “An Evening with BICAS at LA Cocina.”

The event will take place on Tuesday Sept. 9 from 5 to 10 p.m. and 10 percent of the dinner and drink sales will go to BICAS.

There will be a raffle, a fix-a-flat race and live music.

La Cocina is located at 201 N. Court Ave.

The second event is the “Zombie Alleycat: “Climb of the Undead”, which will take place on Sunday, Sept. 14 starting at Old Main at 5 p.m. 

Here’s what organizers say about the event:

We expect you to be zombified, dressed up, paint your face, just be undead! Prepare to climb, descend and bike to several checkpoints, using map provided. At each checkpoint, you will have to complete the challenge before moving on to the next checkpoint.

Recommended: helmet, brakes, H20, sunscreen
Proceeds from ride benefit BICAS. We expect riders to follow all traffic laws, and ride super safe.
