I want to introduce Lauren Frisk. As of Friday, she has taken over as the site’s sponsorship coordinator. She’ll be hitting the streets of Tucson looking for site sponsors.
My hope is that with her focusing on adding sponsors to the site, I’ll be able to spend more time on reporting and moving the site forward.
Lauren is well known among many in the Tucson bike community and worked for Ordinary Bike Shop and Tucson Bike Lawyer before leaving for an extended bike tour in Feb. 2009. Lauren rode from Tucson to Florida where she spent a few months before riding to Chicago.
In Chicago, she spent time working at Robert’s Cycle. She made her way back to Tucson at the beginning of this year.

Mike you picked an amazing lady. Don’t forget that she has been a fantastic help and supporter for El Grupo as well. I am so thrilled to know that she is starting to possibly think of making Tucson home.
