Each month mountain biking business leaders get together to network at the Business Builder Bike Ride.

The ride is organized by Cirrus Visual a design and marketing firm located in Tucson. They handle Epic Rides’ event material.

Here’s how they describe the ride:

If you haven’t heard about this event, think of it as business networking on your bike. Some people do business on the golf course…we love to ride our mountain bikes and know there are other business professionals like us. Whether you like to ride fast or are just venturing into the dirt, all riding levels are welcome! Just bring your bike, helmet and business cards and we’ll bring the post-ride refreshments.

October’s event adds costumes to the mix.

Cirrus Visual art director, Chris Carls said the October ride usually has a record turnout with cyclists showing up in a variety of wild costumes.

The ride starts at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29 at the south entrance to Fantasy island on Valencia west of Houghton Road.

There will be post-ride drinks provided by Borderlands Brewery.
