Thing is, if one goes to that page and scrolls down, the tiny UA parking twitter link is found and there one finds that there are fewer than a thousand followers. When one clicks on that link: “@UAPTS’s tweets are protected.”

Perhaps UA’s Charles Franzen hopes to deliver UA degrees and everything else via Twitter? Protected? University of (protected) Twitter?
