Ideas and inspiration for the Old Pueblo?
Wrist and/or elbow pain and numbness/tingling generally indicate bicycle fit problems, possibly bicycle type problems.
But the knees, your knees…if they are sore, that’s probably on you.
Red Star likes squats with heavy weights and few slow reps, lunges with light weights and lotsa fast reps. Do this a couple/three times per week. You’ll enjoy your bikes more: can’t expect them to do all the work.
Here’s a starting point, regardless of whether you sprint:
