Cyclists are being encouraged to attend a public meeting about proposed changes to the bicycle parking code within the city of Tucson and express their views about bicycle parking in Tucson.

The business community wants flexibility about where they are required to place bike racks, while the city is pushing to require the parking be placed within 50 feet of the entrance.

Check out this post for more information about the changes and why the city thinks it is important to locate bike parking sports within 50 feet of entrances.
